Previous Italy midfielder Alessio Tacchinardi accepts Dusan Vlahovic can score two objectives for every game ‘like Cristiano Ronaldo’ yet concedes that main Matthijs de Ligt would have played in his Juventus side.
Tacchiardi spent nearly his whole playing profession at Juventus and moved to Villareal for a couple of seasons prior to hanging his boots.
The two clubs will meet in Spain one week from now in the main leg of the Champions League Round of 16.
“It will be an extraordinary match. Juventus have changed a great deal over the most recent couple of weeks. They run more. I anticipate that Denis Zakaria should begin and 6-7 genuinely impressive players,” the 46-year-old told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“This Juventus side won’t ever play well, so they need to fight. Allegri knows how to construct groups that battle and put many balls in the crate, so they track down the net at some point or another.”
Certainly, Dusan Vlahovic has assisted the Bianconeri with finding the net all the more reliably. The 22-year-old joined Juventus in a €80m bargain from Fiorentina in the January move window.
“He is a monstre,” said Tacchinardi. “Like each solid player, he is dependably where the ball is. He can score two objectives for every match, as Cristiano Ronaldo. He simply need to get administration. Thus, I feel that Allegri will request additional assistance from the wings. They haven’t placed many crosses in up until this point.”
Tacchinardi won the Champions League with Juventus in 1996 and accepts that only one current Juventus player would include in that group.
“Perhaps just [Matthijs] De Ligt,” he conceded.
“Notwithstanding, I’d constantly pick Pietro Vierchowod with regards to man-checking and Ciro Ferrara was likewise so great, he didn’t yield a centimeter to any rival.”
Tacchinardi, 46, played 404 games in Turin, scoring 15 objectives. He played for Villareal in 2005-06 and 2006-07 and finished his vocation with Brescia in Serie B in the 2007-08 mission.
